Collecting and using personal data for processing the contract

We collect and use the personal data shared by you (in particular first and surname, address, email address, telephone number, bank details) in accordance with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act.
Provided this information is required for the creation, content-related drafting or amendment of the contract and is disclosed by you, your personal information will be exclusively used for processing your enquiries, for the purchase agreements and payments concluded between us, for the delivery of goods to the addresses specified by you or for our bank on payment.

If you actively register for a newsletter on our webpage, you have only given your email address. We will save this until you unsubscribe from our newsletter.

No passing on personal data

We do not pass on your personal information including your address and email address to third parties, provided we are not obligated by enforceable law or a judicial decision. For april furniture GmbH this data is not assignable to particular persons. A collation of this data with other data sources is not carried out. In addition the data is deleted after a statistical evaluation.
